Robert represents maritime employers, vessel owners and operators, shipyards, onshore and offshore energy-related contractors, and Underwriters in connection with Jones Act personal injury claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, Title VII claims, collisions, allisions, and other maritime matters.  He has been engaged in numerous Rule B maritime attachments and Rule C arrests, lien priority and maritime bankruptcy disputes, and charter party disputes.  Robert has also negotiated and drafted master service agreements, access agreements, leases, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.

He has tried cases and argued motions before numerous federal, state and appellate courts.  Robert has also conducted shipboard and site investigations in support of maritime litigation and coverage disputes.
