Taylor M. Norton practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property, construction, real estate, and business organization. Taylor is a registered patent attorney and an engineer, and he is involved in the prosecution and protection of patents and trademarks for clients, and handles a variety of matters pertaining to trade secrets, licensing and franchising. His practice involves construction litigation, as well as commercial and business transactions, including contract drafting and the formation, purchase and sale of limited liability companies. Taylor largely serves onshore and offshore energy and marine contractors, designers and shipyard clients, and has experience with disputes and transactions arising from both large and small design and construction projects.
